Hi Ladies, Please let me know the things which will be given in KKH during delivery. My EDD is apr 2 and I have booked B1 4 bedded room for my delivery. Please let me know the things I have to pack and to avoid. Thanks, Charanya:thumbsup
Charanya Best wishes and prayers for a safer delivery! (I didnt deliver in KKWCH so no pointers to add...probably some ILites will come out with a list:cheers) As for delivery in a private hosp I brought the following: 1. maternity bag with the basic toiletteries(although they give it in hospitals, you may be familiar with your own stuff) 2. sanitary pads 3. Nursing Bras and maternity clothes... remember immediately after delivery your body size will still be somewhat similar to your predelivery days, so avoid bringing your pre- pregnancy clothes;-) 4. sweaters 5. Books to read(if your are into books), ipad/phone( ofcourse with ear piece) with charger, laptop...it may be boring pre and post delivery and and good diversion from agonising over the pain. 6. Towels for wrapping the baby and newborn clothes, nappy...this is available in all the hospital pharmacies...so dont carry from home.
Thanks Abhi for ur info, wishes and prayer....!I ll get ready with these... Friends, Anybody delivered in KKH?please advise me about the things given by KKH during labour & delivery. Regards, Charanya
Hi Charanya, Im currently moving to Singapore from Delhi & 15 weeks pregnant ,my edd is 10/04/2013.Im still confused whether to take up delievery in singapore or in my hometown.Having said that i heard very good reviews from KKH.Would like to know from you few 1.Which doctor did you consult in KKH?Pre-natal & post natal? 2.My husband insurance does not cover labour & delievery so how did it cost you for normal delievery? (including 4 beded room & child-care) 3.Are there any good maternity packages available which will cost effective? Expecting your reply eagerly !! Pls help Thanks Monica
