Hi Please discuss how to make thick curd like store, I am following so many things but not successful. please share your ideas and tips to make thick curd at home it is so simple process but need some tips and experience which u can share and help me
I generally boil milk until it reduces to half and then add the culture (leave milk in sim for 15 to 20 mins once it comes to a boil). Make sure your milk is warm before you add the culture. I've been following this religiously and getting thick curds almost all years now. -Uma
