Please use a neutral thinking keeping all the likes and dislikes away and do what you objectively think is necessary to look after him for a month. If you choose to do it yourself be prepared to be available 24/7. If it is difficult, look for other options.
I am hoping my boss allows me to telecommute for. a month Else. it will be tough adjustment. I do most chores by myself and the heart monitor is one more thing.

That calls for another dark chocolate. Funny trivia - I didn't realize Ghirardelli had two r's till this thread.. Looked closely at the one I had last night after dinner. : ) It was their Milk Chocolate Caramel squares.
