The Venerable Lot Gettting Spruced Up Atlast...

The venerable one’s are getting spruced up:

The great films of recent times, the nishabd and cheeni kum have put a different dimension to the older lot, while in my walk I notice most of them have gone in for special attention to their torso, and new walking shoes, and hair weaving, trying to jog away those waistline. Who knows there may be some young lady like tabu looking out for them, or a naughty naughty jia khan kind winking at them.

These films do bring about a change in this generation who had resigned themselves, to a depressing state, and some among them who used to wink or look at you in an angle used to put a smile on the younger lot who kept teasing them for their action, not anymore so even the younger lot are cautioned with samples like these films telling them why not there could be a nice relation somewhere happening just for them.

I remember one mr. murthy, who used to be a tennis player and some of his friends along with him, they had a good session of the game in the morning and felt elated by it, used to go to the famous komala restaurant for their morning cup of hot coffee then make a beeline home, but the time spent also has its fair, they enjoyed ogling the younger girls who went to work, with their jeans and various accessories to go with it. In those days jeans used to be a signature of modernism but today even a beggar sports jeans and it has lost its caliber as a fashionable statement.

I would not know what effect it has in the young mind and its repercussions, but, I do admire the change over the elder generation trying their best to sport a nice look, instead of sitting with a newpaper and coffee, they are making it to the grounds and walk path in a great way, in the hebbal area I used to find all older generation with daughter or wife and so on most men and woman, they looked like the bank managers, taking so much of pain in walking that made u feel guilty that u don’t join them.

So the next time an uncle winks please be kind enough and ensure not to scowl back, he has been influenced by our hindi cinema and the media in splashing it as the greatest affair of the decade, even the French beard sported by amitabh is the in thing, creating a signature personality of their own…hi to all those out there who have atlast taken a look into the mind rather than the body…regards sunkan
