    Dear Ladies,

I also request you to note down the day when you start the challenge. I have updated as a point in my first post. This helps better tracking, isn't it.. You can also track the kgs that you weigh or the sugar levels before you take up this challenge.. (purely optional! )

    Cheers!

well i always satisfy my tastebuds and fool my stomach.
when i want to munch on sweet,i take a big piece of choc,or a ladoo and chew it well
    then i spit it out
    and i am happy.

well i was very greedy eating chocolates icecream ladoos-like chota bheem )which made my 56 kg to 100(omg).
post delivery i became determined and thanks to my hubby's constant reprimands i am now 67.well i have tried many things to achieve this goal..............and above all everybody is asking u wow how u managed to reduce this much!-
so i found this way of chewing sweet and spitting it out.
and one more philosophy is there .we ate tonnes of sweet in the past years,so its time to control now.

Wow, that is truly inspiring, Vidya..

I have a great weakness for chocolates and just the thought of it makes me drool.. :) I must definitely give this technique a try.. !

    Regards.

    Hi all:

Completed three days without sweet or sugar. Doing just fine. Had a sudden urge to much chocolates post lunch, but managed to keep it away and munched on dried amla instead.. :)

    How are you all doing?

    Do write in...

    Cheers.

    Good progress after day 4.

    1. Absolutely zero sugar intake.
    2. No chocolates so far..
    3. But yes, did crumble to an urge to have two cookies.. :(
