    Anika my energy levels are very low due to periods.I won’t be exercising for these 4 days.I found a quickly remedy on this site to easy my pain and felt like sharing it with you.Make around 4 marble sized ladoos with 1/4 tsp black pepper,10 grams jaggery and 1 tsp ghee. Chew slowly.
