    Vandhana......the best walk I guess is what you walk:) But am baffled, why SunTV, watch the American Idol instead...Sanjaya will give you company:-D.

    Sanjaya indeed!! Pour soul I hope he does realise he is being taken for a ride!! Anyway AI comes too late in the day for me here to watch and workout, and ofcourse, Jay is at home , if i make the mistake of doing the treadmill at that time, he uses it as a launching pad for all his cars/trains etc.......:icon_frown: :icon_frown:

    No Suntv is just a back seat. watch it for laughs and thats that!!.

    Strange...your Jay sounds just like our Jay:) All he can think and talk about are cars, trucks, monster trucks and garbage trucks etc...:)

    I am a big fan of yours :-D .. been reading all your pieces but responding only now :oops: .
    You have given us a vivid picture of walking perils in "Singara Chennai". Lovely !!
    What about T.nagar vasis like us? To me walking means stepping out and taking a stroll when the roads are less crowded :evil: (you can judge how regular I am with walking),carefully avoiding hit & run episodes :bangcomp: .

    Despite all the perils, I love my morning walks which my mood for the day.
    I walk both to condition my body as well as my mind. You have seen from my post how I condition my mind!:)

    Dear Cheeniya sir,
    Don't know how i missed on this Walking episode of yours...had a hearty laugh visualising all of you and your observations......my hubby used to go for these earlymorning walks.....me no never have gone on walks...thank god, ...now i feel relieved after all the perils one has to face on these walks...looks like i narrowly escaped!
    Anyway all said and done, compared to the walks on the beach and the T.nagar area, it is BORING to go on walks here...it is always so Peaceful and uneventful!

    Oh how i miss Chennai.....now i feel homesick again!:cry:

    I literally imagined it and choked with laughter.
    I have learnt how to walk ,rather get pushed in the direction I desire to go , by the benevolent shoppers in Ranganathan street. All said and done..

    I Love T.nagar, my heavenly abode. ( Am I not in full spirits?)
