The multi purposes of toothpaste

Very useful tips of the most common item in everyone's house.

Here is one more tip....in case of a burn, immediatly apply colgate on the burn. This will avoid blisters, Many years ago, once my mom was frying some applams and the kadhai with hot oil flipped over and oil spilt on her left hand. Luckily most of the oil fell on the counter, but her hand was badly burnt. She at once rushed to the bathroom and applied colgate. The burns healed very quickly with not even a sinlge blister. We were kids then and now in my kitchen I have a tube of colgate handy always.

tnkz 4 all the useful info. toothpaste can b applied on small burns it will help to cool the heating sensation and will help in preventing forming of blisters... but it should not b applied if any cut is there or if the skin has come of due to burn and i have tried it with my silver anklets... it does help to reduce the dark color of the jwellery.
