Nope..Kodi, in this context, don't look at 'Sunday' as a day at all....Think in those lines and give me the answer !

With all your clues this is what comes to my mind

Dear Preethi,

Puzzle 1- She is riding on Sunday[I am not sure if this is a horse or what]
Puzzle 2- The name of his horse is Sunday, since it is not the day of the week here HENCE he comes home on Thurs.

I think I may be correct...
Puzzle1: The lady is rides into the city on Sunday... Means her bike or horse or some other vehicle name is Sunday. Then again she leaves on Sunday.

Puzzle2: The cow boy came into the city on Sunday... again the vehicle name can be Sunday. And whatever day he starts, say Tuesday, then he can stay for 2 nights and he can come back on Thursday.

Here u told the same logic wont work for both the puzzles. So we can think of the time and the journey will take one day, as I told u before.
So the previous answer can work here.

Let me know I am correct or not...

Bcoz, in one country it may be Sunday, and in the other it may be Monday. So it can be possible right?

hi preethi,
i am bk after so many days . my com got virus and i was not been able to use it . i miss so much these days on il . and specially i miss il alot .
this thread is rocking these days . i read all the puzzles and ans . its quiet interesting .
so now bk to ur puzzle i am agree with anjana's ans . it can possible only if the days of the week is not that actually its a name of some vehicle or horse or anything it can be name by which they ride and went .
am i correct ? do tell me

Solution to 'Sunday' Puzzle !

Dear All,

Here is the solution to the puzzle !

1. A women rides into the city on Sunday , stays for four days and nights and leaves on Sunday. How Come ?

Ans : Horse name Sunday !

2. A Cowboy rides to the City on Sunday, stays two nights, and then rides home on Thursday. How does this happen? (and yes he definitely stays two nights!!)

Ans : It took two nights to actually ride into town.

I have a request with me.
I missed so many puzzles the previous day bcoz immediately some one are solving the puzzles after giving the question, and again others giving their questions. I missed 3-4 puzzles only in 4 hours. So I request all of u, to keep a time in the day to post any puzzle. If one puzzle is solved, the other persons should post their at the time which we'll decide. Otherwise, so many people miss puzzles.
So plz consider my request. We can post a puzzle daily in the morning, so that we can make it a daily puzzle thread. If that is solved by next day's morning, the puzzle can be posted at that time. Otherwise, we can post that puzzle, the next day morning. What all of u say?
