The fear of losing the dear one!

    Hi friends!

    this thread is about one of the problem i am facing now a days!

    most of the ILITE friends know about the death of my dear friend arun ( who died in the iv trip to trichy)
    as he is the most dear one in our friends team we were just not able to digest the death of him and lost all our happiness!
    not only that it has even created a lot of fear (especially in me)
    as you all know about my dear one!
    whenever he goes out till he returns home safely i fear a lot and if even not a reply from him for my message i fear to the extent and call all his friends and enquire about him!
    not only that in that small time my heart beats goes to the to peak and makes me ill too!
    he has advised me a lot to reduce this fear!
    but as i was not able to face even the death of the dear friend it makes me to fear as such!
    doesn't know is this a problem but having it for the few a days after the death of my dear arun!
    anyways i think i can reduce it in my future days but not hopefully telling this!
    just wanted to share to you friends!expecting a nice solution!:thumbsup

    hi dear yams. dnt worry dear. the fear your facing is very common the youngsters like us because last year even i had faced the same situation like yours.i had lost 2 of my best friends while they were travelling to thirupathi by car. it took almost many days for us to heel the loss. but only thing you can do is to stay busy always. dont sit quite and just pray o god to rest their soul in peace. :) you dont take tensions and later ull have some health problems and dont be very hyper take care and be practical in what ever you think and do. i can understand any person in your position will be facing your problem. kindly for the sake of your own and other beloveds be cool and keep smiling. any problem you can always depend on us and share
    with us.:):):):):)

    As pavithra said dont get tensed ma... it leads 2 health probs... dont make ur dear also get tensed... he'll b worried wen u get worried abt him na... so b cool... god is everywhere 2 save us...

    Yami dear, first of all sorry about ur dear friend Arun !!
    This should not put fear into you.
    Divert your mind towards music, yoga and relaxation.
    Take a break if your exams are over to some other place where there are lots of friends or relatives to keep you active.
    I am sure with time passing each day, you will slowly get over this situation.
    Keep chanting some god's name loudly when your mind wanders...........this is what I do when I am in depression and keep fighting it saying "NO...........I am alright, I can face the situation/problem wisely".
    Try it dear and I am sure that you will become alright soon !!!

    Dear Yamini,

    I can understand your fear dear. But it is irrational and you MUST come out of it. Otherwise you will just be one frightened mess.
    Even with some of my friends here i have seen they misuse the mobile a lot by calling every five minutes to check how and where the other person is. The solution would be to just calm your mind and occupy it with something that interests you.:)

    So everyone of must cultivate the habit of DETACHMENT in life, We are actually born as HUMAN to understand GOD, So try and understand reality that DETACHMENT is always common in life.

    Dont think I am PESIMESTIC, you are not only disturbing yourself but also disturbing your loved ones, When you are trying to reach your DH now and then you must understand his routine is also disturbed, would you ever want to him also to be disturbed and thereby he also gets excited !!!

    Divert yourself when your thoughts wander to someful ideas and work, you will slowly come out of the groove.

    At the time of need I lost my brother then my parents one by one, I have learnt by experiencing.....
