I accept this 100% . Let us change for good so that our future generations enjoy all the benefits of nature, just as we do..

    Padma ma'am,
I can understand your call of duty..I can never accept it as a culprit. Duty first, others next..am I right!
This is true..that guilt feeling...is there for life.

I also fall in the category of looking at the soldiers and their families, we pray at that time and leave them, then and there.
True....but you think humans care so much..:bonk

    Subbu Sir,
    Nice to see you here.
As everybody pointed out, which is of my opinion too, that we take things for granted isn't it!
Let us take some measures for future generation to enjoy nature.

Sri, fallen trees disappear after a final incarnation as firewood or charcoal. Fallen heroes still linger in memory. The memory of the soldiers is kept alive by their colleagues in their regiments at least..

    Balajee,
You said it right..after the tree is fallen, it is forgotten.
But the memory of the soldiers would be still alive in their families, friends and regiments...
In both the cases, we and the Govt. fail to recognise them, even when they are alive or not.
It is a very sad state of affairs.
