    Hi all
This is quite true that excessive sugar & fine carbohydrate are not good for health.
This is desirable to cut down the sugar after 40 to increase the life span & to reduce the chances of devloping diabetes in some.
Actually 30-40 % of food shud be Carbohydrate that must be in form of complex carbohydrate like wheat, cereals etc.
Sweets shud be avoided also for control of wt. To cut down sugar result in 3-4 kg reduction of wt in long term.
Do u know one gulabjamun gives 500 caloreis.
But than festival season is just on our door & sweets wud be everywhere & temptations are also great lets try to resist it :wave.
