    2. Get enough rest.
    3. Daily exercise is a must.
    4. Watch your vitamin intake.

    :hello:it is a good reminder and nice Declaration with sound ideas for robust health and could be considered timely in pandemic year 2020.
    But is it sufficient condition or more to flow here from fellow IL'ITES.
    What about men or DH?
    Do they have to fend for themselves. Is it a suggestion concealed - you take care yours I take care mine -. Who would take care of kids?
    Running family - is it not a team work?
