    Yesterday was a wash. More important things took precedence and that's fine. Not able to get into a sustained workout routine yet. Between the foot pain and time constraints, I'm focusing only on getting out for a walk everyday, no matter how short. Anything else is a bonus. The folks at the Big Sur Marathon have been tempting me with their sign up emails. Not sure I can cure the plantar fasciitis in time to train for the longer distances, but a 12k, maybe...hope springs eternal! :grinning:

    Didn't i say i recognise your kind! super girl
    Now , this is true for me too!
    add the parallel with richard bach and this seems like congruent images ;)
    But sadly that's where it seems it starts diverging ... because from what i decipher you are a kind of like a pusher always and so am I , but the level of rigour varies i think !
    Also the degree of discipline and ability to push away ! I think i am beginning to slack now or my goals need more reinforcement to shine through my laziness!

    I just love this !!

    Now here ! i think its like age for me and a bit of slowing down of my systems too ; it could be just less pressure now but i see i take much more time doing stuff what i used to do earlier faster! possibly the pandemic also added to this change!

    Thank you for the long response! taking it in and will be referring to it whenever feeling like picking up a new activity!
    Right now sitting with a stiff back ... thanks to some yoga pose which i did in a hurry am sure!
    Now idling away not having net my goals! but i'll get back ... have to try and compete with likes of you and @Gauri03 ;) ... just kidding

    Marathon is not even my dreams but can never get over the Big sur drive ! its such a dream place!
    how lucky are you to have accessibility to these kinda beautiful places !
