    Dear @Afresh ,

    As always so refreshing to see you with your enthusiasm!
    Welcome back. It is amazing how a part of this regimen ends up being a life style choice and happy to note that you have made that choice too! This time around has been a little tougher than normal, I have re started a couple of times but....It is nice to meet up with old and new friends and fellow participants. Keeps us going! Do update when you can!

    Still not out of the woods due to health issues and rituals to be performed during Mahalaya. I have not resumed my exercises as yet.

    * Workout: 20 minutes foot and calf conditioning, 30 minutes walk
    * Meditation: 20 minutes done
    * IF: 8 am to 4 pm
    * Music practice: 30 minutes

    Thank you everyone. Yesterday was much better. I’m learning Raag Bhairav these days. It’s a pratham prahar raag meaning the traditional hour of rendition is early morning between 6-9 am. I’ll never stop being amazed by how the same 7 notes can evoke the feeling of dawn in one combination and dusk with just a slightly different arrangement. This is a song based on Raaga Bhairav in Dr Prabha Atre’s voice. Listening to it in the early hours of the day works like meditation for me.

    Fall is in the air - much cooler and going for a walk in the night was simply an experience I had forgotten as I eyes kept going heavenward!!! Can't wait for the wonders of the night sky :)

    Just for today

    Walk : still counting ( done 10000 yesterday)
    Reading : awaited ( if snippets don't count :flushed::p )
    Still waiting to add water to the list ;)

    @Gauri03 .. I have a question here , why are you doing the hard IF of almost fasting the entire day time ?
