No matter how much I wanted to, I simply could not do all of my challenge. I am tempted to restart but at the same time I am also trying to let go of this feeling ....of going back on my day and critiquing myself for the half hour I wasted :). Yesterday was truly a very productive day - back to back with students right from 8 am to 10 pm!!! So, take it easy Srama, take it easy!!

I am due for a medical procedure on October 12th but would like to record my data here until that day when I will be out of action for 10 days. I won't be able to finish 75 days but would like to do this until a day before the procedure date.

Not doing very well with the goals this time around. Too many health problems plaguing me right now. I have a bad case of plantar fasciitis in both heels and some days even walking is a challenge. Doing what I can to heal it but it’s a slow process. I don’t know what kind of Covid I had but it left me with a case of chronic hives. They are triggered by stress for the most part and sometimes environmental allergens. Broke out in hives yesterday and dealing with a red, itchy neck right now. No idea what triggered this episode. So fed up of these physical limitations. : (

So elated to check the thread and c u guys back!!
I might be missing on the thread but have been on and off following the regimen as much as possible
Yes its not 100 percent but then nothing is these days :)
Yes that's what i would reiterate too!
And it helps that i can use it for myself too !
Everyday is different and we are also not the same so lets not beat ourselves for making half hearted attempts but follow consistency for the love of it!

You @Gauri03 ! please do take care ; It's just great to c any kind of updates from you guys anyday!
Doesn't necessarily have to be the goals achieved update :)

Welcome to newer participants @Viswamitra Sir ; Hats off to you ! Sir, please take care and wish you sound health always
I must confess have just run through contents on this particular page and decided to just say a hello, so do forgive if I missed something or misquoted something !

I wouldn't be updating here immediately everyday but i am more or less following the regimen i was following previously minus / plus reading mostly
I would definitely like to join back on the updates, but just trying to clear my head first!
Thanks to you all for posting and coming back here
Somehow this just motivates me ..am sure there would be more like me too!
