    IF - 16 hours
    Water - 2 liters

    Managed to start on 6th , motivation to update here kept me going :)

    I will update daily as far as possible atleast till I get into the flow

    Sep 6th Day1

    1.In bed by 11:30 pm -- done on dot
    2.Exercise -- 30 mins yoga +5 mins pranayama
    3.Min 8K steps -- 8K
    4.IF -- 16 hrs
    5.No added sugars -- done

    I'm happy with my progress . I slacked of 2/7 days . Hopefully will try to avoid slacking off .

    Dear @mangaii ,

    I am learning various sukthas and some vedic chantings
    along with the regular sahsranamams. I am also learning to read Gita properly. So it is easy to sit for an hour trying to practice from any of those :) Usuallu weekends works out better for that.

    * IF: 8 am to 8 pm (Couldn’t find time to eat by 6, and was too hungry to go to bed without dinner)
    * Music practice: 80 minutes
