    I have single goal for me in next 75 days. I want to get a job which pays me better. That is the only goal . I'm using this thread to track my progress for next 75 days and see where I land. I want to work on my anxiety when I see coding interview questions on my screen. Only way to do is to practice.
    Day 1 ( August 31st - November 13th 2022)
    Interview Prep (Theory) - 2 hours
    Problem Solving - 2 hours

    Workout – Spinning 50 mins + 30 min yoga
    IF - 16 hours

    9/2/22: Day 1

    * H20: 2.5 liters - done
    * Workout: 60 minutes over the course of a day - done
    * Meditation: 10 minutes minimum - 15 minutes done
    * IF: 8 am to 6 pm - done
    * Music practice: 40 minutes a day - not done (still have a sore throat)

    Finished working on the second topic

    Finished the allocated 3 hours catching up the missed hours for Sep1 today

    I did a lot of self-control analysis and introspection to refine my thoughts. Hopefully, a few days of elapsed time will calm me down.

    Dire need of a reset, this is so timely.
    Thank you all wonderful people for
    Last month with 2 family members falling sick, hospitalisation and then dad having a small facture , I have fallen off track completely. Was finding it hard to even get to sleep 6 hrs, and had some back pain. Just had my back treated , the doc has asked me to do only stretches for 1 week, before starting back. I have to get started asap, this is a great accountability thread, and sharing this journey all your journeys is the thing that will keep me motivated to get back on track.


    Starting from 5th Sep

    1.Sleep by 11:30 pm
    2.Exercise -- Min 30 mins yoga
    3.Min 8K steps
    4.Intermittent Fasting Min 14 hours, ideally 16 hrs
    5.No added sugars

    My this past Saturday was a complete loss. While IF and water need no nudging, though I could do everything else on the list, I chose not to :(

    So I am going to do a restart -

    04 Sept 2022 – Day 1

    Workout – 1.5 hour yoga
    IF - 16 hours
    Water - 2 liters
    Writing – 15 mins
    Reading – 15 mins
    chanting – 60 mins

    I realized that I am physical book person - this happens time and again! I also ended up listening to an audio book for 45 mins and it felt it was more pleasurable that way!
