Hi everyone. Hope you all are doing good. A lot was on my plate, we readied (painted, cleaned, etc. ourselves because of local labor shortage) and sold our house and moved to a new state in search of greener pastures. I also quit my toxic, soul-destroying job Now hoping to focus on getting back to a routine. Right now, want to start with 10 min meditation, 30 min workout, 60 min study. Hoping to post every other day or weekly.
