    Hi everyone. :wave1:Hope you all are doing good. A lot was on my plate, we readied (painted, cleaned, etc. ourselves because of local labor shortage) and sold our house and moved to a new state in search of greener pastures. I also quit my toxic, soul-destroying job :) Now hoping to focus on getting back to a routine. Right now, want to start with 10 min meditation, 30 min workout, 60 min study. Hoping to post every other day or weekly.

    Hey guys! Here we go again. I had an incredible summer packed full of visitors, travel, new experiences and great memories. Didn't care about a routine and don't regret it. : ) Kids are back in school and I feel ready to resume a more structured life. Starting again without an end date in mind, but I hope to make it to a 100 day streak.

    * H20: 2.5 liters
    * Workout: 60 minutes over the course of a day
    * Meditation: 10 minutes minimum
    * IF: 8 am to 6 pm
    * Music practice: 40 minutes a day

    I already started this Tuesday and have kept on track so far.

    You are my beacon @Gauri03 ! I am not kidding. Exact same thoughts as you - just that unlike you, I didn't start thanks to a badly sprained back doing yoga (perhaps), like very badly sprained back that I was crying for my mother like a child :) Can you imagine? I am much better since a couple of days and easing back into yoga though have not done any spinning the past two weeks.

    My summer has been crazy busy too with family and travels and for a change I was glad when school started, even though I could use a month more of vacation just to catch up! I have done quite okay through the summer with workout, IF and water!

    I will start my new challenge on Sunday, don't ask me why. Sunday is what came to mind!

    This is what I plan to do -

    Workout - 45mins/day
    IF - 6pm to 12 noon
    Water - 2 liters
    Writing - 15 mins
    Reading - 15 mins
    chanting - 15 mins

    PS: I am taking a creative writing course and I need to get my act together with wirting
    PPS: I am also trying to get some art work done by the end of next month and I need to get my act together :)

    Thank you for the motivation! I needed this - leaving procrastination station now :partyhat:

    I am going to join too. I have been practicing a diet plan as recommended by a nutritian I consulted for the past 3 months. She is from the pharmaceutical industry and does a lot of research about ill effects of the drugs I take and suggested how I should change my meal plans. I am recommended to each 70 grams of protein, 77 grams of fat and 105 grams of carb. Fiber taken with breakfast, lunch and dinner. Vitamin pills once a day. I am actually measuring food now in a scale. I don't take any meat and hence most protein are from lentils, cheese, milk, yogurt, pea protein powder (loaded with 20 grams of protein for 2 scoops). I am advised to load more fat toward 6 p.m. that would help me to burn body fat in the night during sleep.

    Breakfast Target: 341 cal carb 30 g - Protein 17 g and Fat 17g
    Lunch Target: 515 cal carb 45 g - Protein 23 g and Fat 27 g
    Dinner Target: 555 cal carb 30 g - Protein 30 g and Fat 35 g
    Total Cal: 1,411

    Walking: 45 minutes
    Upper body and hip exercises: 15 minutes
    Water: only between meals and not with meals - 2 liters
    Reading: 30 minutes
    IF: 6 p.m. to 9 a.m.

    I was out camping last weekend. Hiked both days so more than met my workout target. Same with water, IF and meditation. Did not practice music for the well being of my fellow campers. Little one has passed on her sore throat to me, so I’ve been taking some downtime yesterday and today. Will start logging from tomorrow.
