    Trying to do as much as body and time allows; But disruptions in regular routine due to newer factors and unforeseen developments have forced to rework priorities for regular daily systems to function … so happy getting adjusted and getting used to newer routine till the system stablises


    Its been a challenging week and see it the same further now, trying to just somehow maintain semblance of the fixed parameters, though not able to cope up with everything

    Progress is slow and a bit adulterated (lil cheating .. rather adjustment to life is allowed for me ):unamused::rolleyes:

    But what is is ..so just happy to be still hanging in! hoping to reach the goal post sooner than later!

    PS : Also glad to see that i had repeated a day within the achievement days while recording erroneously. This allowed me to introduce a correction by adding one day for my achievements , so got to change the days by 1 day.. 65 almost complete:cheer:...

    I am going to keep this challenge simple. Three of the five challenges I do daily, and I am adding on two more. March was the craziest month in a long time and I am glad it is over. I am glad I survived it. I am glad I can take that ‘B’. Seriously!

    I also think reading is the hardest for me, but this month is so hard for pleasure reading. So will take off the list so that I won’t have to deal with the guilt – between the books for both the schools and helping my yoga teacher edit his book, I am over loaded and hope to add gardening soon so that I spend half hour working the yard, excluding lawn mowing!

    Here’s my update for yesterday –

    Hi wonderful ladies, it is motivating to see all of you being so dedicated!

    Fallen off the tracks with covid in the family and then going back to office routine disrupting my practice. I would love to join you all again. This accountability will help me stick to the challenge.

    Keeping the mandatory part minimal
    Daily morning before 8 am (even for weekends)
    30 mins Yoga
    10 mins Pranayama
    No Phone scrolling at home till noon
    5K steps atleast

    The toughest part is getting it done the first thing in the morning .
    And the phone, sigh!

    Additional
    Daily
    Wakeup 5:45 am

    Weekly
    3 days long walks 12 K steps
    2 days cycling
    Gardening -3-4hr


    The weekly I am already doing , so that isnt the problem. I usually get up by 6:15 on weekdays but changing it so I can get up earlier is going to the another hard one. But that will give me the me time I need to consistently do my practice. I dont want to make this mandatory that might derail me from the challenge.

    Welcome back! Hope everyone is also back to routine in the family. Always happy to have more - do what works for you and you know we are here to cheer for you. I cannot repeat how important it is to keep it simple. Your plan seems to be awesome - some of what you are already doing and adding some of what you want to include.
