    I signed up for my first race in a while. Have a few months to train and get myself ready physically and mentally. If my knee problems flare up again I'll know it's time to hang up my running shoes for good. But I want to give it one last try. I will be adding daily knee conditioning exercises to my other workouts. I've started running in the mornings and one thing that was immediately apparent was that I cannot wait until noon for my first meal. I'm starving within an hour after the run. A 14:10 IF interval seems much more sustainable for now.

    I do hve to agree to this
    However, I somehow have not been able to jump back on the yoga bandwagon too!
    This cold temperature threw the early wake up times a bit out of gear and now ... well just some struggle to get back. But glad for other things that happen because of demanding consistency and some accountability ! OW am sure those also wouldn't be happening
    Keep inspiring you guys .. rather girls ;) :)

    29th And 30th Jan 2022 : Took it easy

    Finding myself feeling a bit sluggish and a lil low on energy over these last few days

    IF is something that I do carry on with naturally , a bit of walk and reading some of it was accomplished but all in all couldn’t get my self to do the regimen as intended.

    Couldn’t sit for yoga/meditation and by experience I don’t think this would be accomplished in the evening today :(
