    Back on track :) Walking in snow and some ice was definitely an effort and I took longer to complete the same 45 minute route...had to be careful no!

    It's really nice to see everyone's updates these days. I've been reading the habit building emails and wanted to share one of his insights with you ladies. If you've signed up for the emails you've probably read this but I wanted to record it here for anyone who has faced the odd day when it was impossible to keep up with your goals.

    "Master the art of showing up."

    I think this needs to be the mantra for anyone and everyone attempting this challenge and hitting roadblocks along the way. The idea is to establish the habit before attempting to perfect it. This means on days when that workout or the meditation session seems impossible to fit into our schedules, instead of giving up altogether, we do a scaled down 2-minute version of it. To do this we need to create 2-minute versions of all our goals. For example, read 10 pages could be scaled down to read 1 page in the 2-minute version. Or meditate 2 minutes instead of the regular 15. Showing up everyday is more critical for habit formation than meeting an arbitrarily high standard. So whether you complete your goal or only do a 2-minute version of it, long term consistency is the key to successful habit creation.

    I started working in my new office location and now have the privilege of climbing stiars for 5 floors every day

    So the app showed a flight of 17 floors approx. for 20th Jan
