    I am usually good at doing than motivating and very few notice that. So this is truly special! Thank you.

    It is wonderful to see our tribe growing here and glad we look to one another for motivation and moving forward.

    Sun Salutations - 12
    Chant – 10 mins
    Meditate - 10 mins
    45 mins workout – 45 min walk
    Drink 1L of water = 2 L
    IF 16:8 – 16:8
    Read 10 pages a day – done

    Phew! What a tough day for work out – super cold like super cold with a high of 18F for the day. Gym did not have any group classes in the morning, could not afford to do an hour’s yoga due to other commitments and by evening I was desperate. Convinced Dh to go for a walk with me and walked for 45 mins – glad to have gotten it done though.

    08th Jan

    Sun Salutations - 12
    Chant – 50 mins
    Meditate - 10 mins
    45 mins workout – 1 hour yoga
    Drink 1L of water = 2 L
    IF 16:8 – 16:8
    Read 10 pages a day – done

    09th Jan

    Sun Salutations - 12
    Chant – 10 mins
    Meditate - 10 mins
    45 mins workout – 1 hr yoga

    I was running around clueless for past one week and finally got some semblance of order in my days. This week is pretty hectic with new initiatives and important meetings. I guess I need more discipline to handle it all effectively and this challenge can definitely help me to be more mindful of my actions.

    We only get a few months of green hills out here so trying to make the most of it. I've been lucky to find like-minded friends who enjoy the outdoors as much as I do. Getting out for a hike almost every weekend of late.

    Today (12th Jan is a ZERO day) ; can't get going , so will treat it as break day .. but i hope doesn't extend one beyond.

    PS : @Srama , Hadn't seen your post but it was too cold to step out for a walk by my standards but still did ( too much pressure I tell you :) ) and voila here i see you recording
    I am also glad that I did though

    i do get this , however, it isn't that few notice , its just that you don't notice others noticing, but they do ;)
    your do by action and may i add @Gauri03 's too are noticed and acknowledged !!

    I am going to adjust the time spent on each habit for busy days. But will stick to doing the activity for even few mins. Learning that showing up is more important than perfection from atomic habits :) .

    Loved teaching and practicing yoga to my daughter’s swim team – lovely and rejuvenating experience.
