    Meditation experience was interesting. Mind was clear but I was constantly called by different people for different things didn’t get agitated though.

    Another interesting meditation – meant to get up in 10 mins but the timer was silent and ended up sitting for more than 20 mins

    I have not been able to stick to Intermittent fasting(16:8) for most of this week as I was getting headaches around 10 A.M and felt like eating a good high protein breakfast. Sleep is all over the place too due to work on weekdays and attended 2 parties this Friday and Saturday. I did not exercise as well both days :) but had a good time with friends. It's holiday season after all !!! I will keep reporting if any of the day I am able to hit my goals.

    Switched to a 16 hour fasting window for the holidays. No school and easier work schedules mean late bedtimes and late dinners. After multiple iterations of this challenge I've learned that it is better to relax some rules than fail altogether. At this point I'm mostly pretending to work while waiting for my break to begin. This means opportunities for long walks. Nothing like bracing mid-day walks on cold and sunny winter days. My dog is looking at me expectantly. That's my cue to step out and breathe! : )

    So true, I am not able to wake up early to exercise and just sticking to walks with kids. For us sometimes work gets busier as more team members are on vacation. I am looking forward to vacation next week and doing bare minimum to get by this week

    Slept poor but woke up late :) to compensate.

    I am thinking of restarting the challenge from first week of January after I am back from vacation and till then will keep working on the goals as much as possible.

    It has been a hectic holiday time. I have been able to push through the holiday time and am grateful to be able to do that. With a lot of family visiting, I decided to go easy and decided to take a small break from my daily routine, especially with the first part which I usually finish first thing in the morning.
