    It's that time of the year again! Adriene Mishler (Yoga with Adriene) is offering a 30 day introductory yoga series on YouTube, as she does every year. She posts one video every day through January. It may not appeal to advanced practitioners but if you're a beginner wanting to start a new practice this is for you. I've been doing the 30 day series for the last few years and planning to do it again next year. (Thanks Laks for introducing me to her!)

    * Yoga 55 minutes, 20 minutes walk - done

    It's been pouring buckets since last night. Welcome rain for us golden staters. But it meant being trapped indoors all day. Still not feeling strong enough for anything too strenuous so a slow yoga practice was the perfect solution for today's workout. Also got out for a short walk during a lull in the rain later in the day.

    Today was interesting – woke up at 7.30 am (very late for me!!) to head out to school by 8.15 So morning was a complete wash. Came home, went for a 45 min walk, then decided to go to temple - another 1.5 hours dedication for that. Came back home and finally followed through sun salutations, chanting, meditation and reading!! Some days are like that only…..but we do what we have to do

    After day 6 Sunday Monday was busy with function at home.
    Tuesday was busy with something unavoidable. Wednesday went in going back to routine.
    Didn't really track much of water intake, fitness happened with some walking,dancing, reading didn't happen,mobile usage went for a toss.

    Will start Day 7 from today as I'm all geared up to continue.

    Evening:
    Limit caffeine - Done
    Self improvement - Reading - 30 mins -Done
    Sleep before 10 pm - Done
