    IF 18-6: Done
    Workout for 45 minutes: Done
    Drinking Water 1.5 Liters: Done
    Reading 30 minutes: Done
    One act of kindness: Done

    Note: Thanks to this "75 Hard" Challenge, I am able to motivate myself to do all of these over the weekend as well.

    Today was interesting - it was either 45 mins yoga or 45 min walk on a cold clear evening cold like 31F but it was rejuvinating especially the moon and venus at its brightest! So worth it - the cool breeze, the smell of firewood burning, leaves on the ground!!! Totally worth wearing those three layers, mittens, cap and what not!

    Day before yeasterday watched a stream of lights pass by in the sky with fascination on a walk with DD. A little googling revealed that it was starlink satellites - fascinating view as DD and I stood rooted looking at it as it disapperead :) I know I should write in a snippet....but!

    2. Limit caffeine - Done
    3. Intermittent fasting 16:8 - Done
    4. 1 hr Yoga class - Done
    5. Guided Meditation 15 mins - Done
    6. Self improvement - Reading - 30 mins -Done

    Weekends are going to be hard due to holiday season ! Weekdays are easier to control as kids are still in school/pre-school.

    4) Mobile usage : Failed here. I have a grace of 15 mins. But today it went to 3.5 hrs. Reason being some stupid discussion in apartment telegram group where I had to participate. Just felt such a waste of time to get into arguments.

    Work has been intense recently. Functioning on fewer than 6 hours sleep a day. Between that and the back I have really struggled with the daily tasks. If I make it through this week things will get better. Taking it day by day for now.
