    Good luck to your daughter, if she has sinusinitis in combination please do try the neerkovai and sukku paste, it helps for sure without medication. I get headaches mostly the time of the month too, it is also hormonal.

    Sep 20 - Sep 26 : water more than 1L done
    Sep 20 - Sep 24 : Cert study at least 30 mins ( Could not do over the weekend)
    Sep 20 - Sep 26 : IF was all over the place . Still a struggle trying to figure out a workable routine.
    Next two weeks is going to be tough with travel / planning etc. Will watch myself on how I perform.

    Thanks for suggesting this. This past week during one such headache episode I tried the above . I did not have neerkovai but I applied paste of dry ginger powder mixed with some warm water on my headache. To my surprise it worked and my headache which would otherwise have me take pills was gone with just this paste and some sleep.
