    I don't know how time flies! I barely have time to breathe somedays and keep forgetting to post. Thank goodness for these few minutes that I spend for me, I feel rejuvinated and motivated.

    Sept 11 -

    Sun Salutations – done, 12
    Drink 1L of water - done
    Read 10 pages a day – “Eats, Shoots & Leaves”
    Follow a diet – IF > 16 hrs
    Chant for 10 mins/day > 20 mins

    Sept 12 -

    Sun Salutations – done, 12
    Drink 1L of water > 1L done
    Read 10 pages a day – “The Stuff of Thought”
    Follow a diet – IF > 16 hrs
    Chant for 10 mins/day > 50 mins

    Sept 13 -

    Sun Salutations – done, 12
    Drink 1L of water > 1L done
    Read 10 pages a day – “The Stuff of Thought”
    Follow a diet – IF > 16 hrs
    Chant for 10 mins/day > 10 mins
