    Congratulations @Srama really a great achievement. Happy to know that it did good for your health.
    You and everyone updating in this thread is the reason I could do something continuously for 17 days. You people are the real motivation for restarting my journey as well. Half the days the only reason I followed the diet or walking is to update here. Else there was no motivation. Thanks to all of you for that.
    Great to know you will continue the challenge. Please update here as well. It will motivate people like me.

    Time flies !! This challenge has been ( and is ) something that has motivated me , held me to be accountable. Each on our own journey yet we walked together. And so you completed the challenge and I feel the like I have , :-D

    Pretty impressed that you started IF and moved on to 1 meal a day all within 75 days. And your doc is baffled, that is some accomplishment! So happy for you and I feel so much more motivated.

    With the schools starting, your days will get more hectic but with the habits in place , things will be easier .

    Since the vacation I’ve been eyeballing calories and sticking to a strict (mostly) 18:6 IF schedule. Often I am not hungry enough to eat two big meals in a six hour window so I end up with one proper meal and a snack. I do feel the urge to eat later in the evening but I feel it’s not so much hunger as it is habit. My mind is accustomed to the idea of eating at that time. If it is particularly strong I have some turmeric milk which is not strictly IF-kosher but helps me stay on track.

    I couldn't make it. Will restart from tomorrow. The good thing is I have lost some weight and that gives me the motivation to restart
