    I don't know where time goes - been slightly busy, nah terribly busy with school starting soon and have not been able to update regularly. Today I realized, we are already into the 4th day of August!!

    Phew! Used up two of my three flex days, however the trip went better than I had expected. Took advantage of opportunities as they arose and managed to get some sort of workout nearly every day. There was a lot of walking around so that part was effortless. Thanks to some enthusiastic company was able to do a few group yoga sessions as well.

    Happy to see back! Glad trip went well and you could stick with the challenege - this is what motivates us so much.
    It is amazing no how mind is looking for opportunities to squeeze in the challenges when possible. Family understaning our craziness goes a long way!
