    Hectic week, early part of the week was a struggle.

    Day18 : 13th July
    • Two 45 minute workouts – yoga 60 mins + walk 30 mins
    • No Sweet
    • IF - 16 hrs
    • 10 mins pranayama

    Day19 : 14th July
    • Two 45 minute workouts – walk 45mins + yoga 45 mins
    • No Sweet
    • IF - 15 hrs
    • 10 mins pranayama
    Day20 : 15th July
    • Two 45 minute workouts – walk 45mins + walk 45 mins
    • No Sweet
    • IF - 14 hrs -- had a headache and needed to eat to take a tablet
    • 10 mins pranayama
    Day21 : 16th July
    • Two 45 minute workouts – cycle 45mins + yoga 60mins +walk 45 mins
    • No Sweet
    • IF - 14 hrs
    • 15 mins pranayama
    Day22 : 17th July
    • Two 45 minute workouts – hike 100 mins + yoga 75mins
    • No Sweet
    • IF - 17 hrs
    • 10 mins pranayama

    This thread is full of learning and enlightening and certain nuggets are equally good for menfolk to follow in case they need to shed some pounds.

    It is akin to brain storming!

    Thanks to all participating members for their two cents, experience sharing and about how now and then the task of following the regimen gets difficult.

    Wish all my sisters God Speed in achieving your set goal of shedding targeted pounds.

    I read this only for knowledge and to disseminate the valuable observations and useful nuggets I read here among my friends.

    19th became a hard day and I had to slow down today - so decided agianst yoga and just stuck to walking! All that hiking was indeed brutal and i have taken almost a week to recover :)

    Dear @SunPa , hope your yoga workshop is going well and you are getting all that you are seeking!
