The ‘75 Hard’ Challenge

    July 12th Day 1

    Walking 1 hour
    Water intake 2 litres
    Diet -fasting day, fruits intake, one bowl of bottle guard kootu
    Sloka chanting done
    Reading - yadhi by pa raghavan(tamil)
    No social media except IL done

    I want to change the reading time to 10 minutes. Don't think I will be able to meet the 20 minutes goal that I previously set. A good first day. Its long since I left reading. Happy through this challenge I have taken it up again. It felt so good. At least for this I must continue.

    • Two 45 minute workouts – yoga 60 mins + cycle 30 mins
    • No Sweet
    • IF - 27 hrs
    • 10 mins pranayama

    Day15 : 10th July
    • Two 45 minute workouts – walk 90 mins
    • No Sweet
    • IF - 12 hrs ( in order to adjust the timing )
    • 10 mins pranayama
    Day16 : 11th July
    • Two 45 minute workouts – walk 45mins + walk 45 mins mins
    • No Sweet
    • IF - 17hrs
    • 10 mins pranayama
    Day17 : 12th July
    • Two 45 minute workouts – walk 60 mins + yoga 30 mins
    • No Sweet
    • IF - 16 hrs
    • 10 mins pranayama

    But I am so jealous of you -- I wanna take a vacation , sob, sob!

    Diet - limited rice, spinach one bowl, apple, mango
    Water intake 2 litres
    Reading 10 minutes of Yadhi( a big book and considering the limited time I spend on it, will be reading this the whole challenge i.e if I am able to reach :blush:
    Sloka chanting - 40 minutes of lalitha sahasranam and kanda sashti kavasam.
