Hi Chitra, U made me proud to be a maduraikari.... I am also from Madurai. We have so many good things about our place,but i would say media created a wrong image that madurai people will always roam around with aruval and talking in the local slang. Take all the tamil films based on madurai,they were showing our people like this only. they think that we r not much educated...
