    Thank you so much, I am really feeling better now! I searched for cure and get shocked, they said depression tablet are great for this. Surly I am not DEPRESSED! link is really helpful ! thank you so much :)

    you did not mention your age. maybe there is more to the mood swings..talk to your gynaec. these days there are lot of wonderful treatments for pms.

    being stress free, excercise are sure methods..

    Not having enough omega 3 in your diet might be the culprit. I started taking omega3/6 supplements everyday and it had a great impact on balancing my mood out.
