    how good is the name TEJ for Indian boy born in USA ? Will it have issues in pronouncing by Americans or will it be confusing???

    Tej is a good name. However don't forget that J becomes H in Spanish. Most probably it will sound like TeH.
    But that is something as Indians we all face insisting our names to be pronounced in the right way.
    If you do live in highly Hispanic populated area like in Cali or Texas consider if you want to keep correcting the name.

    My DS has j in his name..I myself have J in mine! So insisting neve ends.
