There are several reasons for teeth turning yellow.

Often, teeth turning yellow is just a natural part of getting older. Even if you brush and floss regularly, over the years, stains can seep past the thin white film protecting your teeth and into the enamel. Toothpastes can’t reach this far, so although your teeth may still be strong and healthy, they may not provide the brightest smile.

Although we can try our best to control the yellowing of our teeth by simple methods, sometimes it’s just not possible and we have to look towards more advanced methods.


Simple Tricks yet good impact:

• Brush and Floss twice a day.
• Brushing after consuming color imparting agents like coffee, tea, soda etc
• Using Whitening toothpaste and chewing sugarless whitening gums

hey even i hd the same problem n i know hw bad v feel. I took tooth whitening treatment first n then maintained good oral hygiene like brushing twice, wash my mouth after every food n drink n consulting my dentist once in every 6months now the difference is huge, i have a healthy smile now. N do consult a dentist coz it may be of several reasons like even the water v use. so sort out the reason first with ur dentist help n treat wisely. I consulted a dentist in OMR who charged pretty reasonable too, n yes the teeth whitening treatment is a bit expensive n he had a reasonable pricing n gr8 work, u too enquire the treatment cost with some dentists n go ahead. all the best for ur healthy smile.

Hi,

There are so many reasons for teeth being yellow in color.

Few are...
Due to Heredity
Outer Layer may be very thin... so that the dentris ( next layer) is visible...

its better to consult the doctor..

 

it cost around rs. 5000, but to me its worth the cost, i did in a clinic at Facit asia road, kandhanchavadi, omr, Its Ashok's multispeciality dental clinic, he really did a very good n satisfying job for me coz i really suffered a lot coz of that, i rally felt afraid n ashamed to smile then. i donno if i can leave the doc's phone number here, but that clinic was near lifeline hospital, it had an orange board.

1. Brush regularly
2. Every week 2wice rub salt n lemon skin together over teeth do it gently
3.underside of banana skin is got best results for teeth whitening..
