    yes i do workout at home .. earlier used to do zumba and LS walk ... now have added upper body exercises to my routine..
    i have not reduce much from specific part ... but i have reduce in centimeter overall

    that's nice SGA, let us make a thread with an aim to lose as low as 2kg?what say...we will go the steady way so as to keep it maintained and then we'll target the next 2kg.tell me what do you think.i dont want to pile up threads with only me active in it.

    i have PCOS so weight loss is very difficult for me .... even 0.5 kg reducing might take me months ... in total i jus Have to reduce 5k on scale ... but i have to reduce almost 6 inches off my tummy and 2 size less on upper part

    i am already making updates of my food and workout in a single thread so really dont want to shift to new thread ... you can join me if you are interested...we can always keep each other motivated ..... currently i am working to maintain that 1kg i had reduced during GM diet

    My today's updates.

    Food Diet:
    break fast - oats
    snack - strawberry/cucumber
    lunch - 2 roti
    dinner(at 8pm) - 2 small roti & 1 wheat dosa with coriander chutney
    8.30pm - 1 banana

    Ex:
    Stepper
    Tread mill
    Peddling
    walking back to home - 15mins

    morning - cornflakes , 1 plum
    lunch - fat free shake (i was out), coconut water , 2 apricots
    evening - tea, 2 digestive biscuits
    dinner - brown rice, daal ,sweets

    hi every one
    i want to ask a question, today is my ist day of gm diet ... is it necessary to have cabbage soup? as i dont like cabbage can i make soup without cabbage....plzz reply me as i need ur advice quickly.... thanx

    Hi Ladies,
    My updates are as follows

    Food Diet:
    bf - 4 slices of toasted wheat bread with corriander chutney inside(my favo combination)
    lunch - 2 roti
    dinner - 3 idly

    Fruits in take:
    1 cucumber
    3 strawberries
    3 slices of mango
    1 slice of pineapple
    2 slices of orange

    Ex:
    Stepper - burnt 300calories
    Peddling - burnt 100calories

    cabbage is added because it has the fewest calories,it helps cutting down fat in your body.on the GM diet website they say if you want to eat anything except the prescribed food,it should be cabbage soup (wonder-soup) in any amout you want.
    (btw i just wanted to say that i could not follow the rules and cheated a bit,still that helped.i could have lost more if i stuck by the rules.so pls cheat but healthily)

    news >> i did not have anything after 9pm today.it is like a re-birth of me....me faaaar from the pizza and closer to health....yay !!

    breakfast - tea, 1 bowl poha
    lunch - coconut water, poha , 1 capsicum, 1 carrot , milk
    evening - 1 cup mango shake
    dinner - 2 apricots, prune juice (1 cup), daal

    hot water- 4 glasses + some normal

    actually i had not gone to gym yesterday and since few days im not particular about my diet so i was scared of going to gym today and seeing my weight increased.cos of this fear,i had hot water...must say it really really works even if its just 4 glasses.

    breakfast - tea, boiled mixed lentils
    mid-morning- 1 pomegranate
    lunch - poha, 1 glass lassi (salted)
    had 5 glass hot water
    snack - 1 apricot, 1 pear
    - half glass mausami juice
    evening - tea , a handful of cheesy bites
    dinner - 1 stuffed parantha , sweet yogurt
