Tea for Two and a Piece of Cake

Suave & svelte Samir Sharma sweeps Nisha off her feet. Their marriage of 8 years come to an abrupt halt when Samir says so and moves in with his secretary, Maya.

Nisha and the children move to her old flat and tries to bring the pieces together again. Akash, her long time colleague/friend enters their life as an invaluable support system. There's so much to gain and yet so much to lose in this younger man-older woman with two kids relationship.

The reader finds herself/himself transported constantly from past-present-journals-memories-present. So gripping a tale that I finished reading it within one night!

This was my first Preeti Shenoy Book and I just loved it. I give 5 out 5 stars for this one.

I have not read any books by Preethi Shenoy but I have friend who loves her work. Maybe just as with you, this book could be my first Preethi Shenoy. Thanks for reviewing it.

I have also read this book and it is very nice...Author Preethi Shenoy clearly portrays Nisha as a lady who loves n believes her husband fully and after her husband cheats her, she stays strong and came away from her husband and succeed in her life..this book also deals with need of financial independence for ladies...
