    I will set up a target of 25 miles for this week till saturday . 4 miles daily should be possible .

    11 Nov to 16 Nov ---> 25 miles .

    hi,

    I was not planning to do any walk and didn't till 10pm... but after reading today's posts i did it finally.. had a bad day in matter of diet :-(.. things were ok till evening but once entered pizza hut nothing can be done...

    Ladies count me in .... promise will stick up this time, around 64 now and target to loose 5 by new year.

    11 nov - 2 miles. Woke up at 5.30 to do the workout.

    Planning to do 3 miles in the evening.

    Priya, I will join you for the 25 miles target per week.

    Hi Nemo, Even i have to get up at 5:00 if i have to do 4 miles. Evening i cant workout since i have to sit with my kids for study.

    So today woke up at 5. Finished walking and cooking by 7. :thumbsup
