I use Shan tandoori masala . I add ginger garlic paste along with yogurt to it & marinate the chicken in it overnight. While bbqing I will baste it all along with the leftover mixture. Once done I will sprinkle some chat masala before serving.
I use Everest tandoori masala....it has a nice aroma...you can also add g/g paste, little curd, 2-3 tsps of lemon juice, corn flour,chilli power for making it spicy,salt. Marinate for say 15-20 minutes and deep fry, barbeque...
I use yoghurt, lemon, coriander and mint leaves paste, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, a pinch of turmeric powder, salt, and home made masala powder..
