    Hi,

There are loads of Tamil people in London especially in East Ham. Why not you enquire with the local community there regarding celebrating Deepavali? Also there's a huge temple there and the community revolves around the temple. You definitely can make friends by participating in temple activities.

    Is your daughter enjoying school?
