Tamil ILites in bay area - Introduce here...

i m sure u will find steel plates in any indian stores, there will be a section where they keep all these utensils....i am not sure abt the veg cutter tho' havent seen it here....but u might get better ones in walmart or target......

 

Thanks Priya! I managed to find steel plates that have very small slots for rice, and more divisions for the side dishes..u know wat I mean, right.. I am looking for round thalis actually..Din find them in Walmart also..Will check Walmart for veg cutter..Thanks a lot for the suggestion..Felt really nice connecting with you..

 

Welcome to Bay area. You can find steel plates in Cash and Carry Or Madras Stroes in Sunnyvale, CA. I bought my vegetable cutter in EastWest store in Sunnyvale. Very good.

i used to see thali kind of plates in new india bazaar...i m sure u will find them in lot of indian shops in san jose also...chk out....

Ladies, thanks to all of you for the suggestion on places where I could get veg cutter..My search ended today at "East West" store in Sunnyvale..Found Anjali cutter there and jumped like I found gold! LOL...Thx again!
