The MTC bus started from Party's Corner.
A man with big bags in both his hands boarded the bus hurriedly .
He asked the passengers nearby,
" Idhi Central Station POTHADHAA?"
Passengers around him said in a chorus,
"POVUDHU".
The man immediately turned back and got down from the bus, which was slowing down and came to a halt at the signal.
One of the bags he was carrying fell down and the things in it scattered on the ground.
Since the bus was staying for signal , two passengers got down from the bus and helped him collect his things.
They asked him where he should go.
He said he wanted to go to Central.
They asked him ," Then why did you get down from the bus ? This bus goes to Central . INDHA BUS CENTRAL 'POVUDHU' ".
The man replied "That is it - you said that the bus Central ' PODHU'. "
In Tamil 'POVUDHU' ( 'POGUDHU' ) means it goes.
In Telugu 'PODHU' means it doesn't go.
