Taking baby on a vacation-tips needed please!

    Dear Friends,
    My LO completes 6 months in a couple of weeks.We have planned for a short vacation to Kerala(reason being we hae to make a trip to guruvayappan swami temple) for about 3-4 days.My DH,DS(4.5 yrs),Myself and LO will be going.Now, LO is on FM+3 solid feeds a day.How do I manage 3 days of vacation?Do i carry boiled water;I have a portable steam sterilizer for bottle cleaning.Experienced moms please pour in ur suggestions ...

    Do you get nursery water in India? Gerber has nursery(purified) water which is used to prepare formula. Check it out. Here in the U.S it is available in one gallon jugs and that's what I take whenever I go out of town. If nursery water is not available then if I were you I would carry boiled water from home. For solids you can carry jarred food. Again gerber has so many options.

    I think I will carry boiled water along.We do get Gerber jars here.Will carry them as well.
