Take Contract Iphones to India without Paying installments

    Hi,

    Heard there are few ppl getting iphones from u.s in contract while leaving the country once for all and then never pay the remaining installments.Is it possible?

    Will there be no action taken by AT&t or any cell phone service provider from where they got it.

    Some does it, but they need to file a case of Lost/Damaged . mostly this thing happens when the owner wants to sell it off ( the buyer will unlock and remove legal information to sell it in local market).
