I am interested in learning saree blouse, punjabi dress, chudidar,pattu pavada stitiching and designing.

I want to know if there are any classes being conducted in Hyderabad for a span of 2 or 3 months.

sewing machine

Dear Friends,

I am planning to buy a sewing machine. I am a beginner for stitching and this is going to be my first machine. I have selected singer2263 machine which costs around 7000 INR.
I have read some reviews of this machine over the internet but I believe that my IL friends will help me a lot knowing about this machine.
Anybody having this machine? Is this good for purchase? any disadv in this machine?

Fabric for skirt

Hi,
I have planned to stitch a skirt for my daughter with hand/machine embroidery. Can you suggest me which fabric will be good for this. Which fabric will suit for embroidery also gives rich and attractive look?

ready made saree

Hi,

Can someone provide me an idea of how to do a ready made saree for my 4 year old daughter. she has a cultural this sunday and instead of spending money on buying one, I would like to try stitching one.

hi dear,
may be attached is the one which you are looking for

as far as i know from the one which i bought for my dd it has been stiched just like pattu pavadai but on the centre where normally saree flits comes they just stich some flits together and leave the balance cloth just to make pallu from that

i want to buy nylon, baniyan clothes, thick cloths to stitch some western clothes like t shirt, skirt. where do you get it? i live in chennai.
