Dear Sunkan, Wow. Lot of information about tea. Thanks for sharing. I knew about the virtues of black tea and I had taken Green leaf Tea and it did produce wonders for weight reduction. hi sunkan, Tea..i like the fresh aroma of the tea brewing...with a little ginger and tulasi..:2thumbsup: I like herbal teas more..ginger and lemon..cammomile, cinnamon..peach.....green is ok...(have not acquired the taste) I recently found all the ayurvedic medicines used for weight reductions, bp...all come as tea bags.......
