Re: mysore pak in 10 mins Kavi, I made your super duper 10mins mysorepa yesterday and it turned out to be very nice. Only thing i noticed was i can reduce 1/4 cup of ghee next time when i make it. Thank you very much for sharing.
Hi Kavi, I forgot to ask you last time. Don't we have to fry gram flour? When I make traditional method I fry it with little ghee till it turns golden brown and gives very good aroma. I like sweets very much and everyone else in our house will eat sweet the day I make in moderate quantity, and remaining is all mine. Soo I wanted to know if I can replace ghee. Shree.
