    I'm planning to do surya namaskar daily in the month of February. Just to keep me going I'm starting a thread here.
    Aiming to do a 100 sets total in February.
    Approximately 4 or 5 sets a day.
    I would like you all to join me...

    I am in.. I love suryanamaskaar and I know it is one of the best yoga to practice everyday..
    Not sure if I can make it to 100 :facepalm: it seems a lot:sconf:. Anyway let me give a try :sweatsmile:

    Hi Sweta,
    Surya namaskar benefit list is a long one.
    As a yoga, it helps in the proper functioning of the glands and in overall health. It's a good stretching work out also.
    If u r planning for reducing weight, do more sets like 15 or 20 sets to start with and increase the number weekly (with proper diet). This is my understanding.
